Two modes of use depending on your organization

1. Show orders only when they are ready
With this mode, only orders that are finalized and ready to be delivered to customers appear on the screen.

2. Show all orders
This mode allows you to view all orders, including those currently being prepared. Customers can thus track their order's preparation in real time.

Automatic sending of ready orders

For greater fluidity, an automatic dispatch option allows ready orders to be displayed on the customer screen without intervention from the production screen. This feature can be activated directly from the back office or from the production screen. It allows you to adapt the customer flow based on available human resources. It is particularly useful in cases of understaffing.

Filter the display by consumption mode

The customer display screen includes a filter by consumption mode: dine-in, in-restaurant, takeout, or delivery. This feature allows you to precisely adapt the display depending on the screen's location. It is particularly useful for differentiating a customer area from an area dedicated to delivery drivers. For example, a screen in the dining room can only display takeout or dine-in orders, while a screen at the entrance or in a dedicated area can be reserved for delivery orders.

Can the customer display screen work alone, without a production screen?

No, the customer display screen requires a production screen to function. The production screen allows you to track the progress of orders in the kitchen and trigger the display of a ready order on the customer screen. Without it, it is not possible to control the sending or delivery of orders.

Does the customer display screen show all orders?

Yes, the customer display screen can display all recorded orders, regardless of the sales channel (checkout, kiosk, online, etc.) or consumption method (dine-in, takeout, delivery). You can choose to display only ready orders or the entire flow, and filter by consumption type according to your needs.
