Founded by Jonathan Jablonski, the entrepreneur behind Factory&Co, Italian Queen is inspired by an American model discovered in 2018: a made-to-order pizza, cooked in 90 seconds. The concept combines total personalization and a fast-casual experience, in a modern setting in Val d'Europe and now Avignon.
The real challenge: customizing without slowing down
Making each pizza to order is a real asset for the customer, but a major challenge in the kitchen. The team has to manage a high volume of customized orders, without queuing, without error, and without loss of productivity.
"We thought it would be impossible to serve so many customers to order."
Control terminals for easy customization
Kiosks have become the heart of the customer journey:
- Customers choose their ingredients and supplements.
- The interface is fast, intuitive and avoids queues.
- The order goes to the kitchen without friction.
QR codes to recommend and increase the average shopping basket
Another lever is the use of QR codes on the table and online, which allow customers to :
- Easily recommend a second pizza or dessert.
- Order without queuing again.
- Natural sales growth of 10-15%.
"We have an increase in sales but it's between 10 and 15%, which is still very, very strong, and only on reorder."
What's next?
With Innovorder, Italian Queen has transformed a restaurant in Val d'Europe into a replicable model, capable of expanding to other cities while retaining its customer promise: personalization, speed, quality.
"What we need in a franchise rollout is a partner who is accessible, responsive, and present."
