Located on rue du Roi de Sicile, in the heart of the Marais in Paris, Alfi is a star of social networks (+23K followers on Instagram). As a result, the queue often stretches on the sidewalk!

Albert Fitoussi, founder of Alfi, called on Innovorder to streamline his kitchen organization, serve his customers more quickly and increase his average basket.

He started by installing 2 kiosks in his restaurant. By relieving his team of order taking and cashiering, he frees up a full time equivalent that he allocates to the preparation of sandwiches in the kitchen.

Thanks to the kiosks, he is able to make more additional sales. In front of the screens, his customers enjoy themselves and often opt for an extra chiffonade, a drink or a dessert. We understand them, it's hard to resist temptation when faced with tempting photos!

In the kitchen, he sets up KDSs (or production screens). Since all orders arrive directly on the KDS, his assemblers save a lot of time during rushes. There is no need to sort tickets, and tickets are no longer lost. In the end, everything is simpler. By displaying the orders in color and in order of priority, he was able to optimize his organization.
