Since the launch of its franchise in 2014, Bagel Corner has experienced strong growth. The brand opens about 15 additional outlets every year, with the goal of eventually reaching 700 restaurants. To meet all the challenges associated with this development, Bagel Corner equipped its network with a software suite that was deployed in a few weeks.

For companies and institutions, events are recurrent. Culinary preparations and refreshments often bring a touch of lightness, whether through a cocktail or a buffet.

Based on this observation, SaintCondé has made customer satisfaction a major lever of its business strategy, by giving particular importance to the quality of its services and its relationship with its customers.

Thus, the IEA, after having solicited the restaurant owner on several occasions for specific events, considered opening a cafeteria with SaintCondé. Until today, the restaurant owner had never provided such an offer. However, thanks to its relationship of trust with IEA, the organization turned to IEA for this project, which required a customized solution.
The cafeteria's strong digital dimension presupposes a partnership with a software publisher capable of providing solutions at every level of the guest experience.
