Do we need to reconfigure the menu on each tablet?
The pad automatically retrieves your register's settings: menu, floor plan, payment methods, and PIN codes. Every update is instantly synced to all the pads in the restaurant.
Can the pad and the drum set be used at the same time on the same table?
Both update the same table in real time. Whatever is added to the cash register appears on the PAD, and vice versa. Multiple servers can work on the same table simultaneously.
How does the "delivery to the kitchen" service work?
A custom dispatch order can be set for each product. Upon validation, each workstation receives instructions on what to process immediately and what to prepare next. The server sends each subsequent order by clicking “Next.” Only the relevant workstation receives the information.
Does the tablet work if the restaurant loses its Internet connection?
Yes, in offline mode. A local server installed in the restaurant keeps the pad and the POS system in sync. Ordering and sending orders to the kitchen remain operational. Only external services are suspended: digital ordering, online payments, and back-office reporting.

Yes. The tablet is a proven professional-grade device with a reinforced casing and a scratch- and drop-resistant screen, designed to be cleaned and disinfected between shifts. It’s built to withstand the pace of busy periods.

The pad can handle a full shift on a single charge. In terms of range, it works anywhere your network has coverage (dining room, patio, upper floor) and stays continuously synchronized via the restaurant’s local server, even without an Internet connection.
