It’s also an opportunity to explore ways to digitize the order-taking process for a franchise network.

Since 2026, the “Sett Hospitality” brand and an entire hall have been dedicated to services for restaurants and bars: the trade show recognizes that campgrounds now offer full-fledged cafés and restaurants, going beyond simple snack bars. It’s the ideal place to discover point-of-sale solutions tailored to campgrounds. In 2027, SETT will also host the general assembly of the European Outdoor Accommodation Federation.

How to Prepare for a Trade Show

Make an appointment before the trade show. At large trade shows, the most popular booths are crowded during peak hours. An appointment made in advance ensures that you’ll receive a full demonstration and have a representative available to assist you.

Come prepared with your questions. Make a detailed list of what you want to know: number of seats, peak traffic times, tools already in place, budget, and deployment timeline. This will allow you to compare solutions based on the same criteria.

Plan your route. Use the trade show map to identify the booths you want to visit and group them by hall. Be sure to set aside time for the presentations—that’s often where you’ll get the most useful insights.

Sort through everything in the coming week. Organize your contacts and documents while your memories are still fresh, and follow up with the two or three suppliers that caught your attention.
